What is the Free File Triage?
It is a free 20–30 minute look at one representative supplier file. You receive exactly three useful observations, not a full report, document cleanup, supplier chasing, DDS submission, or legal conclusion.
What files should I send?
For Free File Triage, start by describing one representative supplier file. Do not attach it to the initial request; after we reply, we confirm which spreadsheet, invoice PDF, GPS file, map, certificate, or evidence file would be useful.
Do you guarantee EUDR compliance?
No. Beantrace organises information, records scoped observations, and prepares support materials for your review. Your organisation remains responsible for checking the information and meeting the obligations that apply to it.
Do you replace legal advice?
No. Beantrace provides operational preparation and document-organisation support. Obtain independent professional advice when your organisation or circumstances require it.
What happens if my file is missing GPS data?
Missing GPS data does not prevent Free File Triage. It may be one of the three observations, with a practical note about the supplier information your team may need next.
